1) There’s a large studio in a chalet (Le Paturage) which is more or less opposite the Sherpa.
Avail for 5500euros for the season excl 20% of any fuel bills but it includes electricity and water if not abused.
2) In the same chalet which is near the Sherpa and has a bus stop on the doorstep (It’s about 300m from Super Morzine Ski Lift), there’s a very large One Bedroom apt with a double bed and single bed in the bedroom, (or just a double bed or two singles)… bed arrangements can be changed to possibly suit the client, plus a cupboard, bathroom with bath/shower, a basin and a washing machine, plus a separate toilet. The lounge has a clic clac (convertible settee), dining table, chairs, tv and a kitchenette.
Cost 7800euros excl 30% share of any fuel bills (incl electicity and water).
3) Also in the same chalet there’s a very large Two Bedroom apt with a very large sun facing terrace and a balcony leading off the lounge and one of the bedrooms.
Beds in one of the bedroom could be arranged for a double and a single or two singles or a double and bunk beds or….
The other bedroom has a double bed which could be changed for 2 singles.
The lounge has two settees (one of them a clic clac), large dining table with 8 chairs, other furniture and a large kitchenette. The bathroom has a bath/shower and a basin and there’s a separate toilet. A washing machine could be put in the bathroom.
Cost 11,000euros excl 45% share of any fuel bills (incl electricity and water).
4) There’s a One bedroom apt futher up from the Garden Centre on the way towards Les Gets, in fact on the first chicanne where there’s a bus stop for Navettes to/from Morzine centre. This apt (Apt block Le Jhomaron) has a small lounge (with a clic clac, dining table, chairs and tv) with a small balcony with sun facing fab views and a small kitchenette. Also, there’s a bathroom with bath/shower and a basin plus a separate toilet. The bedroom is on a mezzanie floor with a double bed and cupboard. In the hallway there are bunk beds and a storage cupboard. Also, there’s a ski cave and an undercover reserved parking space. Cost 5500euros excl electricity
