61st Mont-Blanc Rally

For the last 20 years the French Automobile Championships’ Mont Blanc-Morzine Rally has been an event not to be missed! This year is no different.

Summer wouldn’t be the same in Morzine without seeing rally drivers race around the resort, the Joux Verte, the Joux Plane and Cote d’Arbroz travelling though these mountainous regions and narrow roads. Drivers put their own skills and abilities to the test with both day and night races. the Mont Blanc Rally is a wonderful, exciting and one of the finest mountain rally events around.

Won by Danny Snobeck last year, auto racing enthusiast or not you are encouraged to attend this event and enjoy the thrill and festivities of the Mont Blanc Rally.

Morzine Outdoor Sports Festival 26-31 July ‘09

The Morzine Outdoor Sports Festival is a multi-disciplinary event open to all. It is unique in showcasing top athletes and fun family activities.

1 week of free activities! During the Festival.

The principe is simple: every day from 5pm a sport will be showcased in the village centre.

The outdoor sports fair planned outside the Tourist Office will feature the main players in the field who are takink part in the Festival with their latest gear on show.

Morzine has great respect for the mountains and an ecology exhibition is planned to raise awareness on th subject. If sport is one vital ingredient of this year’s Outdoor Sports Festival then having fun is another.

Concerts, shows, theme nigths,…in short, a coordinated entertainments programme to ensure a friendly atmosphere.

Geneva Festivities Have Begun!

This year Geneva is welcoming the Sultanate of Oman, an enchanting country that bridges the gap between Africa and India. Its varied landscapes feature mountains, emerald waters, palm groves and more.

From 16 July to 9 August, the breathtaking Geneva lakefront will host concerts, entertainment, stands and fair rides, not to mention the high point on 8 August: the majestic musical firework display.

Christmas Skiing holidays 2009
